Termite Control
What is Termite Treatment?
Termite treatment involves identifying the location and type of termite infestation, then applying professional solutions to eliminate the colony and protect the property from future attacks.
There are different methods depending on your situation, including:
-
Corrective soil treatment (for active infestations)
-
Baiting system (to eliminate entire colonies)
-
Pre-construction soil treatment (for new buildings)
-
Post-construction barrier treatment (for existing structures)
With over 10 years of experience, we’ve helped countless homes and businesses protect their properties from termite damage.
Our Termite Control Services Include:
-
Termite Inspection: We conduct a thorough inspection to detect termite activity and entry points.
-
Soil Treatment: Ideal for new buildings and pre-construction projects. We apply a termiticide barrier around your foundation.
-
Corrective Treatment: For existing infestations, we inject termiticide into affected areas to eliminate termite colonies.
-
Termite Baiting System: A long-term monitoring and elimination solution using bait stations placed around your property.
-
Foam Injection: Effective for drywood termites and hard-to-reach areas, we use professional-grade termite foam to target internal nests.
1. Corrective Soil Treatment (for active infestations)
This method is used when termites have already invaded a building. It involves drilling small holes along the perimeter of the building (usually at floor level), and injecting liquid termiticide into the soil beneath and around the structure. The chemical creates a treated zone that kills termites and cuts off their access to your property.
Ideal for:
-
Homes or buildings with visible termite activity
-
Fast, effective protection against further damage
-
Long-term control with a residual effect
2. Baiting System (to eliminate entire colonies)
The baiting system is a non-intrusive method that targets the entire termite colony — including the queen. Special bait stations are installed in the ground or inside the property. Termites feed on the bait and carry it back to the colony, spreading the slow-acting poison and eventually wiping out the entire population.
Ideal for:
-
Ongoing infestations without visible entry points
-
Sensitive or hard-to-drill areas
-
Eco-friendly solution with minimal disruption
3. Pre-Construction Soil Treatment (for new buildings)
This is a preventive treatment done before a building is constructed, to create a chemical barrier in the soil that stops termites from ever entering the structure. Termiticide is applied to the soil during the foundation stage — beneath and around the slab, footings, and plinth.
Ideal for:
-
Developers, contractors, or homeowners building a new property
-
Compliance with local building codes
-
Long-lasting protection from the ground up
4. Post-Construction Barrier Treatment (for existing structures)
This method is used to protect a building that doesn’t yet have termites, but is at high risk — especially if located in a termite-prone area. It works similarly to corrective soil treatment but is done as a preventive measure. A protective chemical barrier is created around the structure to stop termites from entering.
Ideal for:
-
Older properties or newly renovated homes
-
Property owners who want peace of mind
-
Protection without waiting for an infestation to happen
